We invite you to join us at this year's Hike for Hospice event! In previous years, thousands of Canadians have gathered together on the first Sunday in May across Canada to participate in the national Hike for Hospice to kick off the National Hospice & Palliative Care Awareness Week.
To walk in warmer weather, we have selected Sunday June 9th as the day for all of us to gather in Riverdale Park.
Hospice Toronto has again partnered with Philip Aziz Centre / Emily’s House to bring you our 22nd Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice on Sunday June 9th from 9:00am-12:00pm to raise funds and awareness for hospice palliative care in our community.

Time: Registration opens at 9:00AM and Hike begins 11:00AM
The demand for services like social work, grief and bereavement supports, and respite care has continued to increase. So many residents of our city face limited mobility, food insecurity, social isolation, and reduced access to in-person services. Many organizations, including Hospice Toronto, are adapting to serve these needs and do things a little differently to support our neighbours.
We at Hospice Toronto remain committed to serving our clients, residents and their families, while keeping everyone safe. Our hospice staff and volunteers have risen to the challenge by providing support groups and one-on-one services in-person and virtually through phone or video conferencing. We offer programming that meets the changing needs of our clients during these difficult times – but we need your generous support to keep these programs going.
