Many of us have been touched by a story of perinatal mental health - whether our own or others'. I am no exception.
All the parents-to-be or parents I speak to all share their wishes to be the best parent possible. But not all of us have the same "start" line or are given the same opportunities. I want to continue to help bring a bit more ease and supports to those who haven't had it easy in this journey.
