Walk and W'rap' with Judith Otto

Judith Otto: Jane-Finch Community Development Coordinator, Certified Wraparound Facilitator

Part of Judith’s role in community development is to help support needs that come up for her team members and the community, in order to help address mental health issues. The Wrap Around Care program supports families and youth in Jane Finch in identifying their own goals for their lives across all of the Social Determinants of Health (health, income, employment, housing, education, culture, spiritual, etc). Through this effective program Judith has witnessed God’s grace in positive transformation in individuals (youth and families) over a short period of time.

Monies raised go towards essential client care, and also towards subsidizing counselling services for some clients.  Funds also cover operational assistance needed to run the program. Some funds will go towards the Heart 2 Soul Fest which is another program that Judith coordinates. Thank you for your giving heart and financial support.
