Heart 2 Soul Transformers

​Join me and a team of Heart 2 Soul Transformers as we take a 5km walk through the trails at Northwood Park, enjoying the Park’s beauty and each other as we go.

Youth Unlimited (YU)’s, desire is to make a difference in the lives of young people across the GTA, by sharing God's love with them while supporting them in other practical ways.

Staff, is required to raise needed funds to help do this work. Most of our funding comes solely through various fundraising endeavours. The Transformers goal this year is to raise $7000 for Jane Finch Wrap Around Care and the H2S Fest program through your generosity.

Come join the fun on Saturday, April 26th @10am! We'll be meeting at the parking lot at 1750 Sheppard Ave. West, Toronto, ON, rain or shine! We'll have prizes, personalized race bibs and fun after party for those who come out. Families are welcome, too.​
