Perinatal mental health is so critical. I was hit really hard with post partum anxiety and depression when my son, Arthur, was born right before the pandemic hit. Life With A Baby (LWAB) was my lifeline - I joined a 6 week PPA/PPD group therapy course that was run for free through LWAB. Those six weeks helped me immensely and I met lifelong dear friends there. Our friend group (Awesome Moms) is raising money so that LWAB can continue running these perinatal mental health sessions for free. Help us SCARE the stigma 💜. Thank you.
