Awesome Moms!

2020 was a tough year, and it was especially tough for a group of new moms who were all experiencing PPMD. Life With A Baby provided an amazing support group where we met (virtually) and shared the most vulnerable versions of ourselves. Words cannot express what a relief it was to talk to these other women who were experiencing the exact same thing. We gained more than a support group. We gained life long friendships. Together, we have continued to support each other without judgement, provided endless laughs, and have become each others ultimate confidents and supporters. Some of us still haven't even met in real life! I am so grateful to the group of strong, awesome, mothers that have changed my life and have helped me navigate motherhood. I would love to be able to give back to the organization that connected us. Please help us raise awareness for maternal mental health and contribute if you can. Thank you!
