Overview

Typically a one night, kitchen party event - we are making this year's From Farms to Forks virtual, with a series of food-focused events over a 4-week period, commencing with a Culinary Kick-Off on Sunday, October 18th. The heart of our From Farms to Forks event has always been about celebrating local chefs, restaurants, and local food growers and producers and this year will be no different. Now, more than ever, we are reminded that community, food, and connection are of the utmost importance. Our chef and restaurant partners have been hit especially hard through this pandemic, and we are doing what we can to celebrate and support them.

THANK YOU to our Silver Thyme Sponsors: Mission Hill Family Estate and Whole Foods Market.

THANK YOU to our Media Sponsors: Edible Vancouver & Wine Country and Scout Magazine.

    About This Charity

Many kids in British Columbia lack access to fresh, healthy food or understand how food is grown or where it comes from. Growing Chefs is on a mission to change that by offering super fun, interactive, hands-on edible education programs in Metro Vancouver and Greater Victoria.
