About World Spine Care Canada

Spinal disorders are one of the leading causes of disability and economic burden worldwide according to the latest WHO global burden of disease report. World Spine Care is the only organization bringing care for these devastating disorders to under served regions around the world.

Our model of care uses the most up to date, evidence-based interventions, which are lo cost, low tech interventions including manual therapy, education and exercise.

Our team is truly interprofessional including surgeons, chiropractors, physiotherapists, rheumatologists, and other health care professionals with a focus on spinal disorders.

Embedded in this revolutionary model of care is a rigorous research program that is evaluating community need and clinical outcomes.

Our goal is long term sustainability. We are achieving this through scholarship programs to train local student as primary spine care specialists, training of local health care professionals, communities and patients.
