Coach Fern does Burpees for Bucks

My name is Fernanda and I was inspired by my friend Jessy from Bala Yoga to join this important cause, bringing awareness of the injustices and inequalities toward our Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island and Canada. 

As an educator and fitness coach, this feat is all for a good cause which helps me and others come together to honour and propel the voices of those impacted by the Indigenous Residential School System in Canada.  Let's keep learning and educating others. This is only the beginning of our journey in Reconciliation of our Indigenous peoples.
