🎳 Bowling for Epilepsy 🎳

Join us on Sunday, March 23rd, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Limestone Lanes (830 Gardiners Rd, Kingston, ON, near the Cataraqui Centre – formerly Prost Bowling Centre) for an afternoon of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit! Registration begins at 12pm - Teams will play a total of 2 games starting at 1pm. 

Whether you're a pro or a first-time bowler, this event is all about knocking down pins and breaking down stigma while raising vital funds for epilepsy awareness and support programs.

Approximately 1-in-100 people suffer from epilepsy, amounting to more than 5,500 people in South Eastern Ontario alone. Though there is no cure for epilepsy, there are treatments. Those who live with uncontrolled seizures, however, commonly have difficulty maintaining their quality of life and wellness.

Tournament Rules:

1. Each team will have 5 members. 
2. Pay right here on Canada Helps a minimum donation of $50.00 is required per team of 5 members. We also accept cheques, E-Transfer and cash donations that can be dropped off or mailed to Epilepsy South Eastern Ontario at 993 Princess St. Unit 14 - Suite 1430, Kingston, ON. K&L 1H3
3. This tournament is about Team Spirit. This event is about awareness, celebration, and fun. To reflect that, teams will be judged on the spirit they bring to the event!!! A rubric will be provided with the judging criteria*
4. Conduct yourselves in a manner consistent with a family environment. Only one verbal warning will be given.

Any contribution is greatly appreciated by the ESEO. Proceeds will be going to support those with epilepsy and their caregivers, to raise awareness, and to provide education and advocacy.
