Seniors Connect- Wednesday Group

Seniors Connect is a a closed caption TV initiative at First Place, an apartment home to 535 seniors in Hamilton. Through this initiative, we hope to help connect seniors with the community and promote wellness through video content that strengthens the body, engages the mind and enlivens their spirits. Some of the video topics we have made so far include origami, seated exercises, and cooking!
