The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Kitchener Particular Council is the body responsible for the coordination of the activities of the 16 conferences in Kitchener and Waterloo. This includes the 14 parish-based conferences, the Archangels youth conference, and Marillac Place (a home for women between the ages of 16-25 who are pregnant, have a child in their care, or are attempting to regain care of their child).

We exist to share resources amongst our local conferences to ensure our conferences who had greater need can get support from our other conferences who have the financial resources to do so. We also coordinate activities locally that involve all of our member conferences. And we work to ensure we have an adequate reserve on hand to support our conference's works as they need it.

In 2019, we are joining the Society's North of 60 Project, sharing much needed food and household supplies with our friends in the community of Baker Lake, Nunavut.
