Nilesh Kavia is the Chief Financial Officer at Affinity Credit Union. Prior to joining Affinity in 2017, he served on the senior leadership team of the Saskatoon Health Region. Nilesh is passionate about creating environments where individuals, teams and their organizations can strive for excellence.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Sanctum Care Group and previously served on the Royal University Hospital Foundation Board. Nilesh volunteers in the Leadership Saskatoon mentorship program. His previous volunteer work includes three months working at an education center for children in the slums of Pune, India.
