You can never really walk a mile in someone else's shoes but I'll jump at any opportunity to try which is why I am doing the Sanctum challenge. We never really know what people are going through, what their story is and what challenges they are facing. I want to deepen my ability to understand and empathize and build a bridge so others can also learn from my experience and perhaps pause before making up their minds on the impoverished mothers, fathers, daughters and sons in our community.
