Keep On Tracking for Tom

Tom Masich passed away peacefully at the Hospice Palliative Care Society in September 2022, on the morning of the Terry Fox Run. If you know the story, you know how fitting it is.

Most of Grandpa's life was spent coaching and giving back to his community, and impacting the lives of thousands and thousands of people around the world. The list is long of what he has done, and I am running out of characters to tell it all!

Grandpa spent his last week surrounded by laughter, stories, love, friends, and family all while being taken care of by the incredible team at Hospice. Every day we were welcomed with friendly hellos from the staff. Compassionate and friendly nurses made sure all of Grandpa's needs were taken care of. Our family really appreciated the support and care that was shown to Grandpa and us while he was there. 

We want friends and family from afar to join in on the Hospice Colour Walk, either through the Colour Walk on May 28th or throughout the entire month of May by joining us to walk 100km (wherever you are) for Tom while fundraising to support Hospice.

"Keep On Tracking" was a slogan on one of the many different shirts Tom and Anne designed for the Prince George Track and Field Club years ago, and we're going to Keep On Tracking for him!
