Operation Walk Canada is excited to host our first wine-tasting event - Sips for Hips presented by Startek Medical - on February 8, 2024. Funds raised from this event will give people in developing countries the opportunity to live a full life again. 

Startek Medical's Sips for Hips event is for wine and food lovers who enjoy a simple yet upscale evening out with friends and colleagues. There will be fabulous food stations and passed canapes. Small samplings of wine will be provided by a variety of agencies and guests will have the opportunity to purchase cases of wine. Live music will add a nice finishing touch to the evening.

Our mission is to provide life-changing hip and knee surgery to Indigenous and impoverished people of Guatemala and Ecuador. Since our inception in 2006, Operation Walk Canada has provided over 1,200 surgeries to people who otherwise would have no access to care. Our work enables them to live pain free, return to supporting their families and give back to their communities.
