Jean-Luc Therrien at Central United Church

Musique Royale announces a performance of pianist Jean-Luc Therrien on Saturday April 30 at 7:30 pm, at Lunenburg's Central United Church. Hot off of his two-month concert tour in Europe, we look forward to hearing Quebec-born pianist Jean-Luc Therrien on the south shore and his Lunenburg performance is parter of a larger tour of the maritimes with Debut Atlantic. With a program that explores Canadian composers alongside Debussy, Liszt, and Prokofiev, Therrien's virtuosic playing is certain to ring clearly in Central United's generous acoustic. Named one of Canada’s 30 hot classical musicians under 30 for 2020 by CBC Music, Therrien was also recently selected for competitive The Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Performance Residency Program at The Glenn Gould School in Toronto.
