The Langley Educators’ Scholarship program was originally established by the Langley Retired Teachers’ Association (LRTA) under the coordination and diligent work of Maureen Pepin. Over the years it evolved to award one scholarship to one successful graduate from each secondary school in the District. It is now facilitated by the Langley School District Foundation.
Currently scholarships are annually awarded at $750 each - an amount that varies depending upon the amount of donations collected annually. These scholarships are intended for students who wish to pursue their post-secondary education with the goal of becoming a teacher. The Denny Ross Memorial Scholarship is also eligible for students with an educator or social services career goal and is offered at $1,000 annually.

We would like to see the Langley Educators’ Scholarship program continue through the Langley School District Foundation. To make it easier for donors to contribute, we have established this fundraiser to allow for online donations.
We would like to thank everyone who has generously donated to the scholarship fund in previous years and hope that you will continue to do so in order for us to continue awarding these scholarships to Langley students who will become future teachers. Please note: this is a year-round fundraiser and we appreciate your annual contribution!
100% of donation is tax-deductible and you will be issued a receipt.
