In previous years, thousands of Canadians have gathered together on the first Sunday in May across Canada to participate in the national Hike for Hospice to kick off the National Hospice & Palliative Care Awareness Week. To walk in warmer weather, we have selected Sunday June 9th as the day for all of us to gather in Riverdale Park. Hospice Toronto has again partnered with Philip Aziz Centre / Emily’s House to bring you our 22nd Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice on Sunday June 9th to raise funds and awareness for hospice palliative care in our community.
