Waves Family Medicine

Support the Waves Family Medicine team in raising money for Hospice Huronia in memory of all our of patients who've received their end of life care at Tomkins House Hospice Huronia.

The environment at Tomkins House is beautiful & compassionate staff & volunteers consistently go above and beyond to ensure that residents & their families receive personalized ( ie. baking favourite meals), high quality care and support throughout their end of life journey. 

Additionally, Tomkins House offers multiple unique bereavement support programs to community members, regardless of whether their loved one passed away at Tomkins House. 

Its a special place with 50% of their expenses funded by generous donors and fundraisers.
