TEAM BAYPORT VILLAGE

Team Bayport Village is walking in support of Hospice Huronia.

Hospice Huronia has a hospice home called Tomkins House which provides end-of-life care for residents in North Simcoe and bereavement support to community members who are dealing with loss.

Compassionate staff and volunteers take extra steps to ensure the residents and their families are comfortable and at ease - baking, cooking favourite meals and giving of their time.

Its a special place with 50% of their expenses are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care, the rest comes from generous donors and fundraisers.
