Our health - mental, physical, and otherwise - is what allows us to live our dreams and meet our goals. My first pregnancy taught me a lot about myself and the importance of keeping myself well for the people I love most, especially my beautiful baby girl. Raising awareness about women’s and maternal mental health is essential for our little ones and the whole community. By educating ourselves and each other, we can scare the stigma and make the world a more compassionate place to live!
