That’s why we created 'Nurture & Thrive'—a free, welcoming peer support group beginning in 2025, designed to help parents in Waterloo Region connect, share, and thrive together.'Nurture & Thrive' is more than a group; it’s a safe space where parents can find understanding, gain practical tips, and discover local resources. Facilitated by a certified postpartum doula and peer support specialist, each session includes an educational component, discussion, and resources on topics like mental health, self-care, and infant care.With your donation, we can provide essential supplies, venue support, refreshments, and invite guest educators to make each session impactful.
