Perinatal Wellbeing Ontario will be hosting our first annual Climb Out of the Darkness - Team Ontario Virtual event during the first week of October. The Climb is a program of Postpartum Support International, in partnership with Life With a Baby Foundation.
At PWO we provide free peer support and free to low-cost therapy programs to people currently experiencing symptoms of PMADs, who cannot otherwise access therapy in Ontario due to long wait lists and high costs. The money raised from The Climb will go DIRECTLY to our programs that help those in Ontario who are living with PMADs access therapy and peer support so that no one has to suffer alone.
