Welcome to the Philanthropy In Action Celebration, the 14th annual tribute hosted by the Fredericton Community Foundation and designed to celebrate generosity and inspire community! Join us as we recognize and honour exceptional individuals from the greater Fredericton region who embody the true meaning of philanthropy.
Since 2010, this celebration has been a testament to the transformative power of philanthropy — shaping our community through the giving of time, talent, and treasure for the well-being of our community.

2025 PIA Award Recipients: Brenda & David Sansom
Brenda and David Sansom have spent decades strengthening Fredericton through their generosity, advocacy, and dedication. From supporting youth programs and education to championing healthcare, arts, and culture, their impact is woven into the heart of our community.
