Founded in 1997, Covenant House Vancouver offers a clear exit from life on the street to young people aged 16-24. We make this possible through a carefully designed continuum of care including street outreach, a drop-in space, and short-term and long-term housing programs. 

We approach the care of every young person with a "One Size Fits One" model, considering each youth as the individual they are. When a young person comes to us for help we cannot anticipate what they are going to need. It may be a quick phone call home and assistance getting back to caring family members, or it might be months, or years of support preparing them to one day live independently and free from the street.

Hundreds of homeless young people access our programs each year that provide continuous support, from the first time we meet them on the street to the time they are educated, employed and have a safe place of their own.
