The CivicAction Leadership Foundation is the charitable arm of CivicAction - a premier civic engagement organization with a history of bold action and impactful change. Founded in 2017, the CivicAction Leadership Foundation is dedicated to building the collective leadership capacity of our region by preparing and empowering those who will lead it.

Our Foundation provides free, high-impact leadership programs that open doors, minds, and opportunities for thousands of diverse rising leaders in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). These world-class programs inspire and educate the leaders of tomorrow and build inclusive leadership.

The GTHA is one of the most diverse regions in the world, however diverse voices including women, Indigenous, Black, and racialized communities continue be underrepresented at senior leadership tables throughout the region.

The CivicAction Leadership Foundation is working to change the status quo.

Through world-class leadership programs, we harness the power of diverse leaders to build strong, dynamic, and inclusive cities, and provide a platform that inspires, educates, and empowers all voices to influence and shape our region.
