Ride, Flow, Support

"Ride, Flow, Support" isn’t just a workout for participants — it’s an opportunity to support children and youth in our community!

On February 2, 2025, participants will sweat and stretch through a cycling and sun salutation challenge at Cyclone Spin Studio and Big Bliss Hot Yoga. Each pedal and pose will be done to provide young victims and witnesses of crime with compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Participants are asking for your support to help Child Witness Centre support more young survivors with their vital services.

About Child Witness Centre (CWC):

When child and youth victims of abuse and crime are supported through the criminal justice system, their healing begins, trauma is reduced, and futures become much brighter. That is why the team at CWC walks with young survivors and their families, from the time of investigation, through to a court resolution.

Last year alone, CWC supported 1,011 children and youth who were victims or witnesses of abuse or crime, along with 793 caregivers, from Waterloo Region, Guelph, and Wellington County. Unfortunately, 318 young people had to spend time on their waitlist which began in 2022 due to high demand and stretched resources.

In striving to provide every child with the immediate support they deserve is what makes supporting the work of this non-profit more important than ever.
