Our journey of empowering communities and building generations is approaching 85 years strong. 2023 will mark Al Rashid mosque's 85th anniversary! We are excited to embark on a new modernization project with necessary building upgrades for safety, accessibility, and beautification.
This project will consist of three phases:
- Gym retransformed in office space, programming, and an prayer area for seniors.
- Basement renovation to accommodate elevator lift for safer and better accessibility.
- Expansion and modernization of the front entrance lobby to rehabilitate mechanical outlets and prevail accessibility, safety and security levels.
As the construction date nears, the Al-Rashid Construction Committee would like to welcome all communities to participate and be involved.
