Join us for the Annual General Meeting of the Calgary Celiac Association.  This meeting will be held virtually over Zoom and the Order of Business will be conducted as set out in the By-Laws of the society.

Members are entitled to vote at the meeting as long as they have held their membership for at least sixty (60) days before the vote.

  1. Adopting the agenda;
  2. Adopting the minutes of the last annual general meeting;
  3. Considering the President’s report;
  4. Reviewing the financial statements;
  5. Election of Directors;  and
  6. Appointing an auditor, if any
