How often do we get stuck in negativity bias - focusing on others' faults and blaming others for our suffering? How often do we observe and appreciate others’ kindness?

Based on ancient wisdom, this course offers participants practical tools to view ourselves and others from a positive perspective. A positive outlook is a good foundation for building creativity, compassion, happiness and productivity.

Registration opens on 26-Feb-2025

Charlottetown Happy Course will take place in Room 102 of Colonel Gray Senior High School.

Classes will be held each Wednesday evening from 6-8pm beginning on Mar 26th and ending on Apr 16th. 

In the event of school closure, class will be postponed until the following week. 

Please be advised we will be following any health regulations mandated by the PEI School Board.
