Trans Rights Readathon 2025, Benefiting Egale Canada

I am participating in this year's Trans Rights Readathon, an annual call to action to readers and book lovers in support of Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) on March 31st. This year's readathon runs from Friday, March 21st to Monday, March 31st, and I am planning to read at least 5 books.

This year, I have selected Egale Canada as the charity benefiting from my fundraising efforts. Over the last few years, there has been a steady and alarming rise in transphobic violence and harassment across Canada. I've selected this organization, as the Canadian trans community needs your support now more than ever.

They improve and save lives through research, education, awareness, and by advocating for human rights and equality in Canada and around the world. Their work helps create societies and systems that reflect the universal truth that all persons are equal and none is other.
