Toronto Cat Rescue Bowl-a-thon

Dear cat lover,

Once a year the Toronto Cat Rescue (TCR) organizes a Bowl-a-thon to raise money for their not for profit organization.

The TCR is not a traditional cat shelter where the animals are kept in cages, but rather a series of foster homes.

Money is needed to provide food for the animals and to pay subsidized vet bills for spaying/neutering.

I have been an active fundraiser for the TCR for the past eleven years. While the Bowl-a-thon participants only raised $3,000 ten years ago, last year we raised just under $25,000. This year our aim is $30,000.
