I am very excited to be able to start this new chapter in my faith journey this summer with Scripture Union. I will be travelling across the province and sharing the Word of God with various communities. Through my years in coaching as well as playing in highly competitive sports, I have been able to see the way sport brings different communities together. This will not only allow me to give back through teaching young athletes the fundamentals of sport but allowing me to ultimately get a chance to connect these young athletes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and be able to give back through the blessings God has given me. My prayer is that through this experience the team and I will truly be a light in these communities and ultimately be able to grow the body of Christ through sports ministry.
