The NHL has re-instated Stan Bowman, Al MacIasaac, and Joel Quenneville. That means that these men are allowed to accept jobs in the NHL after July 10, 2024. They were banned from working in the league after it was deemed that their actions in response to a report of sexual assault from a member of the Chicago Blackhawks organization in 2010 were insufficient.

It has been reported by multiple NHL insiders that Bowman is a candidate for the vacant general manager position of the Edmonton Oilers. Oilers fans have already begun to express their disgust at the notion of Bowman being hired by the Oilers online. I have created this fundraising page to give Oilers fans a way to make an actual difference in the lives of victims of sexual assault rather than just expressing their anger online.
