:: ALL-LEVELS YOGA (& TEA!) ::
Join us again at Union Yoga + Wellness for a revitalizing and restoring all-levels candlelit yoga class with live music supporting education in Kenya. This euphoric yoga and tea experience will leave you feeling relaxed, energized and complete.
We’ll start off by drawing our connection into the ground, the breath and each other with Kundalini yoga as we enter into sacred shared space. We’ll then flow through some energizing movement and vinyasa. The class will close with restorative holds and a guided meditation to bring us into a deep savasana. Led by Kasia Kord (Kasia Kundalini), Tyler Jackson and Marlene Sammy with hands-on adjustment by Montana Beth. Live flute, cello, djembe, kamel n’goni and didgeridoo will be played during the class by Jennifer Gillmor.
After class, bask in the ambient vibes over delicious tea, homemade cookies and the lovely company of each other.
NOTE:
+ Part of this event will be respectfully photographed;
+ And scented with high-grade essential oils from Saje.

He has also volunteered with SKETCH in the movement studio, taught Kids Yoga workshops, and developed Yoga for Cyclists. He leads challenging and highly original sequences with his own blend of humour, real talk and good natured encouragement. https://www.movemanual.com/
