Hello! We are the Chee lab at Carleton Neuroscience. Brain Freeze is an annual winter fundraiser run promoting active living for brain and mental health.
This year, Brain Freeze will be a hybrid event March 26-27, 2022, where participants complete their activity separately to reach 1,000,000 steps together on Saturday, March 26! The event will close by coming together for a walk/run on Sunday, March 27 at Carleton University. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
All proceeds benefit Food for Thought, an Ottawa charity working to reduce food insecurity by providing meals to those in need. Food for Thought prepares hot and nutritious meals for people who are unable to cook due to their disability, age, or other circumstances. Your donations will help purchase ingredients that the Chefs at Food for Thought can turn into nutritious and delicious meals.
Thank you for considering joining our cause!
