This challenge’s goal is to raise money for Social Venture Partners Teens, a philanthropic program dedicated to helping local charities and develop young leaders. Every year through different fundraisers the SVP teens raise money for a grant. Local charities then apply for this grant which is then given out based on numerous factors including: impact of the grant, what the charity does, and the current needs of the community. We feel this an efficient way to help make change in our community and address a wide range of issues. Since 2013 we have raised over 24,000 dollars for local charities including reception house,  child witness center, and the CJIWR.
