Currently, members of the Quebec festive community are limited by the prohibitive politics. Although these legislative boundaries and police efforts, it is well known that raves, festivals and other music events are places where there is a high prevalence psychoactive substance use.

Since there is very limited open conversation space on psychoactive substance use that exists in the province,  not enough information is available for consumers to take responsibility towards their use. Therefore, they're more at risk to expose themselves to the harms associated with the use of those substances.
