Funds raised will be shared between food banks to ensure people in every community on the Coast has access to food.

The Society is providing increased emergency food through food hampers and gift cards.

Our very busy Food Bank is an essential service in our community, and we are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to serve those in need.

We will grow our programs to serve over 15,000 individuals each week with the healthy, perishable food they need to thrive.

In that we provide groceries and food to anyone that comes to our office for assistance during COVID 19.

Monthly Food Hampers - Grocery Card Program

The COVID-19 pandemic has sharply increased the need for food support for vulnerable community members in Greater Victoria.

We will be pre packing hampers with non-perishables and only adding in perishables upon pick up.

We are currently providing hot, takeout meals 3 times a week for community members that don't means to cook or buy and store food items.

We are providing emergency food access from all 3 resource centres.

We are working to deliver monthly hampers to those who are in self isolation and children who normally would have received lunches at school

Through our Emergency Food Hamper Program we are ensuring that Calgarians are able to access emergency food.

Calgary Meals on Wheels is working with the fluid changes in our city resulting from COVID-19.

Your support will ensure families can provide for their kids and that kids see no interruption in the lunches they rely so much on each day.

The provincial association of food banks in Alberta supports 95 food bank members around the province with food and resources.

Due to an increase in the numbers of people needing assistance during COVID-19, we will be purchasing food so that our families are taken care of.

Our goal is to explain to them how they can all help stop the spread of COVID-19 while still making community connections.

We anticipate an increase of at least 25% to 50% in the number of food bank users as a result of the COVID-19 State of Emergency.

Donations to allow us to purchase food so that we can continue to offer our services in this time of uncertainty and high need for food support.

We have had to close our building and change everything around in order to provide bagged lunches and emergency food to people in need.

The Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen Community has had to start handing our bagged lunches each day from 11:30 - 4:30 in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Working hard to provide food for community members who are struggling to support themselves and their families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our mobile command centres in Kingston & Amherstview provide no-questions-asked take-home meals to anyone who stops by; Daily, over 800 meals served.

Your donation will support our need to distribute an average of 25,000 lbs of food each week.

Help us keep the meals going! Hundreds of homeless and at-risk people in Toronto rely on the meal program offered by Good Shepherd Ministries.

Feed A Child

During this crisis our charity is providing baby formula, baby food, and diapers for families struggling to make ends meet.

Providing emergency food rations for low income and vulnerable families in Mississauga.

Food4Kids Hamilton, Halton, Mississauga, Guelph & Niagara are providing grocery cards every week to 2,700 children living in deep poverty.

Pandemic Community Response Fund  All funds stay in Bruce Grey to support our community during this challenging time.

Many families may need additional food in this increasingly urgent situation and that is where SIRCH can help

Manna Food Bank provides support to about 500 families in our Community, that is about 5,000 individuals, one-third of whom are children.

Help us nourish children during this time of crisis by getting food cards directly to their families. $50 provides breakfast for 1 child for 30 days.

Funds will be used to help us continue to provide uninterrupted service to those experiencing hunger in the community.

Picking up Food donations and distributing freely to target communities in need - in the GTA

OSHaRE is currently serving a lunch-to-go and dinner-to-go program in Owen Sound. The meals are available to anyone who needs a meal.

We offer food programs, which prioritize relationship and doing things with people rather than for people.

We have gone to a delivery model to assist those we serve, our volunteers and our staff can keep social distancing and still operate the Food Bank.

We support our neighbours in the St Clair and Bathurst area of Toronto who are having trouble making ends meet by providing food vouchers each month.

To compensate for the closure of our soup kitchen, we are offering people lunch bags to sustain five lunches throughout the week.
