We’re making it super easy for your donors to access their tax receipts for donations made using CanadaHelps. In addition to sending instant tax receipts at time of donation, all donors will receive a link to their CanadaHelps tax receipt(s) before the end of February. Donors can also access this page where they can sign in, enter their email address and receive their tax receipt(s). You may also complete this step on the donor’s behalf.

Plus, get personal with your donors! Send thank you emails using your charity’s brand.
Thank you emails sent after a donation has been made to your charity on CanadaHelps include your charity’s logo. If you haven’t uploaded a logo already, a charity ribbon will display instead, so make sure your charity’s branding is consistent and upload your logo today. Plus, when using our tools for charities including Customizable Donation Forms, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and Events, we also automatically create receipts with your logo. See an example here, and get started:
- Sign into your charity account.
- Click the Profile tab in your account.
- Visit the Main Profile Page section and update your charity’s logo image.
