Safely and Securely Assign Others to Help Manage Your CanadaHelps Charity Account
Managing your charity’s online fundraising activities is a team effort. That’s why we’ve introduced a new feature that gives your charity more flexibility in account management. You can now grant permission to other staff at your organization to help manage your CanadaHelps charity account, safely and securely.
Linking another administrator to your account will allow them to manage your online donation pages, CanadaHelps charity profile, donation reports, fundraising campaigns, and more. And, they log in to CanadaHelps securely using their own username and password so rest assured, your personal account information remains safe with you. It’s easy!
- Sign into your CanadaHelps charity account
- Click the “Account Info” tab
- Click “Other Charity Administrators”
- Enter the first name, last name and email address of the new administrator you wish to add. We will send them an email with next steps.
