Zerin Development Corporation (Zerin) is a charitable not-for-profit developer and manager of affordable housing units in Ontario.  Incorporated in 1977 and sponsored by Community of Christ faith group, Zerin is organized to relieve poverty by providing accommodation for persons living on low income in Ontario. 

Our vision is to strive to create diverse, inclusive, respectful communities where people live in dignity with hope and joy.

Zerin believes that housing is a basic need. Affordable housing reduces poverty and improves opportunities and the quality of life. 

Zerin believes in supporting tenants with programs promoting healthy social interactions and assistance to access community services.

Zerin invites supporters and partners to help us create much needed affordable housing units in Ontario. In partnership with five not-for-profit housing developers known as Vision SoHo Alliance, construction is now underway on Zerin's 119-unit, mixed income affordable apartment project at 370 South Street in London.
