Zerin Place on Clarke Road is a mixed income, affordable housing project with 65 units. Opening in the fall of 2021, it has an award-winning architectural design. A new housing project with 119 units on South Street is under construction in London Ontario. 

Zerin is a developer of housing units and a believer in Building a Caring Community with people, not just for people. To this end we strive to make each Zerin Place building a home for all who move in.

Zerin has launched a fundraising campaign called Building a Caring Community. We are requesting donations to help us furnish and equip common areas at 370 South Street. Providing inviting, safe meeting spaces for tenants in the building helps it feel more like home.

Zerin's tenant support programs, promoting healthy interactions and assisting tenants with access to community services, help to build a caring community. We are requesting donations to help in our efforts to provide both housing and supports to those in need.

We have the opportunity to make each residence a welcoming place to a diverse community of people who hope to live in their new home in dignity with a sense of hope and joy . . . this is Zerin's vision.
