Proven Programs Meeting Urgent Needs For 170 Years

From unhoused youth who find safety in our shelter to families who rely on our food programs, people from all walks of life overcome barriers and reach their true potential at the Y.

Last year, our generous donors made it possible for us to support 680,000 people at over 460 locations across the GTA.

Every day at the Y:

• Youth experiencing homelessness get a hot meal, safe place to sleep, and wrap-around support programs at our shelter and drop-in centre.
• Parents can return to school or pursue their career while their kids learn and grow in child care.
• Job seekers find support as they navigate the labour market.
• Teens become trailblazers in our camping and outdoor education programs.
• Newcomers are welcomed and supported as they settle in a new country.
• Older adults stay active and connected to their communities.
