Wild Rose Community Connections was founded on the principle that together we could enrich the lives of individuals, children and families. When we work together, we can help others stand on their own. Our programs, FoodConnexx, DadConnexx, SeniorConnexx and FamilyConnexx bring an array of programs to our communities to support and assist our clients.
FoodConnexx focuses on the fight against food insecurity. In 2024 we rescued 168,770 pounds of food that was redistributed to our clients, resulting in over 18,700 meals put on their tables.
DadConnexx brings male role models and their children together for monthly events to foster support between dads, grandfathers and male caregivers. These events are free and include a meal and fun activities for all!
SeniorConnexx assists aging adults to experience belonging and meaningful social connection while maintaining their independence at home.
FamilyConnexx works with our clients to navigate the early years with home visits, screening and assessments.
