Our high quality services and resources open the doors of lifelong learning, personal growth and discovery to all citizens of Whitby. We are an oasis for the curious and a portal to the world of information.
We provide welcoming spaces for people of all ages and cultures to gather, learn, develop, connnect with each other and reflect. Our user-friendly website and electronic resources provide access for all to local and global information - and bridge the digital divide for those who lack access to technology and electronic resources.
We strive to meet the needs of our changing population through our innovative and responsive programs, and support the Town's objective of building a strong, sustainable and livable community.
