Western Counties Regional Library Literacy Legacy Fund is being managed by a certified fund manager. The larger the fund grows, the more library materials (books, eBooks, DVDs) that can be purchased with the interest generated by the fund. This enriches the collection, better serving the community, attracts more users because of the greater variety of available material, and it makes the library more recession-proof and able to weather government funding freezes and cuts.
