Mission Statement: We strive to maximize abilities and to provide education and support services to children and their families.

Our Philosophy: Wee Care is a not-for-profit community service. It provides pre-school programs based on the rationale of early intervention and integration. Wee Care's classes give professional and inclusive care for children with special needs and typical children, from the ages of four months to five years.

At Wee Care, we believe that all children have the right to a nurturing environment that fosters their innate abilities of bravery, resiliency, inclusiveness, empathy and curiosity.

Wee Care is very fortunate to have a diverse complement of talented, accomplished and dedicated staff. Wee care's staff members are fundamental to it's smooth day-to-day operations and include: eighteen full time teachers trained in Early Childhood Education. An Executive Director, Assistant Director, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, Inclusion Coordinator, three full time float staff and a full time cook.
