Waasegiizhig Nanaandawe'iyewigamig was created in 1998 to provide wholistic primary health care to First Nation and Metis people living in Kenora and surrounding communities.
WNHAC's mission is to foster healthy people, families, and communities through traditional and contemporary health care encompassing heart, mind, body, and spirit. It does this through an inter professional, team-based model of care complemented by specialized programs and services that consider social determinants of health alongside individual and family aspirations for wellness and presenting health issues.
